Directed by Pantelis Voulgaris, The Last Note recounts the true story of the 1944 execution of 200 Greek resistance fighters in Kaisariani by German occupiers. A Tanweer production (2017), the film captivated audiences in Greece and abroad.

For the hand-drawn Logo, we aimed to capture the profound meaning behind the title. As the condemned fighters marched to their execution, they scribbled short farewell notes to their loved ones, tossing them into the streets in the hope that someone would find and deliver them.

The Main Visual captures the film’s emotional depth, featuring the wife of the main character leaving the camp, carrying a suitcase with his belongings. To reinforce his lasting presence, we subtly incorporated his face as a watermark on the camp wall, a haunting tribute symbolizing memory and sacrifice.

Through these visuals, we sought to honor history, evoke emotion, and bring the film’s tragic yet heroic story to life.
