Χτυποκάρδια στο Θρανίο

Based on the beloved 1963 film by Alekos Sakellarios, Χτυποκάρδια στο Θρανίο returned to the stage in 2018 at IVI Theater, in a Theatrikes Skines production directed by Lakis Lazopoulos.

We designed a nostalgic, yet fresh visual identity built around a vintage color palette, inspired by the set design and costumes of the production.

We created a hand-drawn Logo evoking the feeling of chalk on a blackboard, capturing the nostalgic essence of school life where the story unfolds.

The Teaser Poster offers a playful glimpse into the story, showing a young girl’s hands holding a vintage school bag with the title handwritten on it, while the Main Poster features the lead actors in a cheerful, family-style composition, reflecting the lighthearted, comedic spirit of the play.

For the Theater Program Book, we designed a vintage school notebook, featuring hand-drawn doodles, sketches, and photos of the cast framed like old snapshots. To further enhance its charm and energy, we added handwritten quotes from the script directly onto select images, bringing the content to life vividly and playfully.
